Your private tour is planned around your group’s style and schedule. Here’s how pricing and reservations work.

  • Tours start at $90/hour for your entire group (4–11 guests). This is exceptional value for a fully private experience.

  • No deposit required. Book with confidence and pay at the end of your tour.

  • Personalized planning. Dave can secure all winery tasting appointments for you.

  • Smooth day-of experience. Lunch or dinner reservations are arranged when needed.

  • Clear costs. Tasting fees, meals, and gratuity are not included. Dave will confirm your exact hourly rate based on your pick-up location.

About Our Tours

No two days are exactly alike. Your private Willamette Valley wine tour is designed around your group’s pace, preferences, and the kinds of wineries you want to experience.

You’ll travel together in a comfortable, climate-controlled, Mercedes Sprinter van, with a relaxed pace that allows time to sit, taste, and enjoy each stop. We focus on boutique wineries, scenic vineyard settings, and a day that feels easy throughout.

As local guides, we help shape the flow of the day and handle the details along the way. From tasting appointments to timing between stops, everything is coordinated so you don’t have to think about logistics.

Many guests choose a full-day experience to visit several wineries at an easy pace and enjoy lunch or dinner (or both!) in wine country. This allows time to explore different parts of the Willamette Valley without feeling rushed.

What to Expect

Pick-up and drop-off: Pick-up and drop-off are included within North Willamette Valley wine country, including Dundee, Newberg, McMinnville, Dayton, Carlton, and nearby communities. Pick-up and drop-off outside wine country, such as select Portland-area locations (primarily west side neighborhoods), is available for an additional fee.

Meals: We will suggest great lunch and dinner options, from winery kitchens and farm-to-table cafés to scenic picnic spots. Dinner with an evening drop-off at your door is easy to add.

Local touches: Chilled water, photo stops, and insight into the people behind each winery and label.

Flexible tour lengths: Choose from half-day tastings, relaxed full-day tours, or extended 10 to 12 hour wine country days that can include dinner before returning home.
